One of the things I like most about my place of employment is that it is next to the beautiful Provo Canyon. The Provo Canyon Trail trailhead is within walking distance of my office and with a short 10 minute car-drive I can quickly get to the far end of the trail and visit the canyon’s Bridal Veil Falls and associated.

I’ve visited the park and trail several times this fall for a quick energetic walk during my lunch break. It’s nice to be able to escape to such a beautiful place so quickly.

I’ve had to be more creative in planning my outdoor adventures. The days are growing shorter, the weather more sour and the fall soccer leagues are in full swing. I think the lunch time quickies are my best bet right now.
